We’ve all seen this videos in our Facebook feeds. A recent trend I’ve seen is for large clickbait style captions to be written over the top and bottom of the video and sometimes in a letterbox format.

While it’s unlikely that this single video will ruffle Facebook’s feathers it might be enough to get some wider discussion going. After all, being open to legal threats is the sort of risk that investors look at and Facebook will respond to concerns from investors.
