Edinburgh Reviews is proud to feature in the PBH’s Free Fringe ‘wee blue book’ this year – as it’s the first year our Edinburgh publication (for both locals and visitors to the city) has been media accredited.
And, with their new logo, now seems like a great time to raise awareness whilst also promoting a great, sustainable Edinburgh festival season with PBH’s Free Fringe.

Zebra Eclipse’s Creative Director (and Senior Editor at Edinburgh Reviews) Bronwen Winter Phoenix said:
I’m delighted to be able to support PBH’s Free Fringe with our ad this year, as it helps raise awareness of our brand whilst shouting ‘WE’RE HERE’! We’re really excited about what comes next for Edinburgh Reviews, so watch this space.
PBH’s Free Fringe is now in its 27th year. Its founder, Peter Buckley Hill, had this to say:
We’re happy to be supported by Edinburgh Reviews’ advertising, and by the advertising of many other Edinburgh businesses. We want to be seen, not as August invaders, but as performers from all the world who provide something worthwhile to this unique city.
The Free Fringe helps make festival season sustainable, affordable and accessible for everyone to be able to go and see a show regardless of their budget.
Edinburgh Reviews founder Andrew (Girdy) Girdwood said:
Edinburgh Reviews paid for a half-page advert in the Free Fringe showing how Zebra Eclipse differs significantly from the usual influencer content play of ‘pay it and we’ll say it’.
The ad helped enable a cultural event in Edinburgh and put our brand and proposition in front of thousands of people looking for somewhere to go in the city.
Watch this space indeed.
