As publishers, we want people to enjoy their time with us.
Zebra Eclipse ethically connects content with audiences. We are also painfully aware of how challenging any conversation about ethics is and how overloaded to the point of redundancy both ‘content’ and ‘audiences’ are as phrases.
We;
- Make money through affiliate networks and ad sales.
- Take PR pitches to weave blog and social media posts with catchy but accurate headlines.
- Curate retail, travel and other finds worthy of sharing.
- Interview, preview, review, and attend events, new releases, thought leaders and creative talent.
- Run competitions.
Do you charge?
- We do not charge for turning your news into stories for the Zebra Eclipse blog posts and social media content (but we do not, nor could not, do this for every pitch we get).
- We will work with sponsors, but not so-called ‘sponsored links’.
- We will consider appropriately disclosed advertorials, and these cost money.
- We will consider and appropriately disclose, taking freebies to facilitate reviews and write-ups for products and services we would not otherwise afford or consider.
- Equally, we will consider payment for complex or multi-part coverage.
- Depending on the complexity, we may charge for a competition and require you to provide the prizes.
- We, or our ad partners, charge for ad sales, clicks and impressions.
- We, and affiliate technology providers, get a cut of commissions generated.
- If you’re doing something cool, then please get in touch. We will see what we can do.
We do not;
- Sell data, misuse technology, or exploit people.
- Sells links or engage in manipulative digital marketing.
- Take money in exchange for ‘influence’ from small or local businesses.
People who work with us are;
- Businesses, events, festivals and charities.
- PR agencies or freelancers.
- Digital marketing and SEO agencies.
- Solo traders such as authors, artists, designers, and performers.
